Beautiful body and less 45 kg: how I got interested in bodybuilding and changed my life

After switching to proper nutrition, additional energy appears, which can be directed, for example, to sports. Our heroine was seriously carried away by him – and achieved impressive results.

“I’m 26, I have a small business. In two years, I lost nearly 45 pounds through a love of weightlifting and studying the principles of good nutrition.

My story

I didn’t have weight issues in high school, but in college I started. I was always the life of the party, but over time I started to suffer from joint pain, I developed depression. And the food was a great way to indulge.

I stopped going to school, I had no diploma, no job and the only thing I had control over was my health. So I moved on to that.

I didn’t like the idea of going to the gym, and I started with food. In the morning, I ate muffins, which I replaced with eggs and oatmeal. And I immediately felt better. I added avocados, fish and foods that have been saturating me for a long time.

What am I eating now

Breakfast: green smoothie, eggs, berries, other days – oatmeal or other cereals.

Lunch: large salad with fish or chicken and vegetables.

Snacks: fruits, nuts.

Dinner: meat with rice or other accompaniment.

My workouts

I’ve always been a little jealous of girls with nice, toned bodies. When I changed my diet, there was more energy for sports. I started with home workouts, but after a few months I felt confident enough to hit the gym. True, the first time I immediately left, shy, but I began to appear there almost every day.

I listened to endless workout podcasts, studied with experts how to handle free weights. I wanted to lose weight and at the same time change my body to feel stronger.

I started weight training and correctly distributed training for different muscle groups. For example, on Monday I pumped up the leg muscles, on Tuesday – the shoulders and triceps, etc.

This hobby helped me find my calling: I posted my training history on social media and many people left encouraging comments and reposted my photos on their sites.

I started talking about how I changed my life, started a YouTube channel, and got even more subscribers. I created training plans and inspired beginners. This is how a whole company dedicated to sport and a healthy lifestyle was born.

What helped me

First, sports. Now I have a completely different attitude towards myself and I change every day.

Of course, it was very important to monitor nutrition, but transition problems arose only in the first weeks. Then the body gets used to the new and no longer wants to eat according to the old principles.

I hope my story inspires those who, for whatever reason, cannot decide to change.
