Ashley Niesenberg, a partner at the Hollywood law firm Yorn, Levine, Barnes, Krintzman, Rubenstein, Kohner, Endlich and Gellman, has died. He was 41 years old.
Nissenberg was diagnosed with advanced stage breast cancer in June 2021. She passed away on May 7 in a family environment.
“On behalf of the partners of Jorn, Levine, Barnes, Crintzmann, Rubenstein, Connor, Endlich and Gelman, we are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our dear friend and partner, Ashley Niesenberg,” the law firm said. That’s what a statement released on Monday said.
Nissenberg joined the law firm in 2007 and became a partner in 2015.
“Ashley has been an indelible figure in the fabric, life and culture of our company and our practice. “Ashley was a fierce and effective advocate for her clients, loving and caring for her in a way that words could not describe,” the statement said.
Nissenberg is survived by her husband, Brett, and their three children. Jorn, Levine, Barnes, Crintzman, Rubenstein, Conner, Endlich and Gelman established a foundation to support the education of their three children.
The memorial will be held on May 10 at noon local time at Hillside Memorial Park in Culver City.
