Peter Pan and Wendy: Return to Neverland
After several live action feature films, the most famous of which remains to this day Hook Steven Spielberg’s Peter Pan returns once again in a film directed by David Lowery (A ghost story). The director had already envisioned live action for Disney Peter and Elliott the dragon released in 2016. Unlike the latter, Peter Pan and Wendy will not be released in theaters but directly to Disney+ on April 1st.
As the name suggests, the film will follow the adventures of Peter who will find Neverland and the lost children, but will mainly focus on his relationship with Wendy. In the two main roles we find the young Ever Anderson (Black Widow) and Alexander Molonia. At their side we will also find the emblematic characters of the universe created by JM Barrie, starting with Tinker Bell (Yara Shahidi) and Captain Hook (Jude Law).
