Christina Aguilera presents the official video for “La Reina”the song that is part of the EP “La Fuerza”, his second work in Spanish.
The star displays her incomparable voice in this ranchera accompanied by a group of guitars, giving off notes full of empowerment and feminine strength.
Wear spectacular red hair and surrounded by an atmosphere full of Mexican colors and traditions, Christina Aguilera performs in the video directed by Nuno Gomes.
Create the feminine replica of the classic “El Rey” by José Alfredo Jiménez, the same one that was interpreted by the Mexican icon Vicente Fernández.
“I always pay homage to the greatest and Vicente Fernández is one of them. His song ‘El Rey’ is about being the king and how tall he is. With ‘The Queen’, I respond to this great classic by emphasizing that a king would not be king without his queen,” Christina commented.
In “La Fuerza”, Christina pays tribute to the great legends of Latin American popular music as Chavela Vargas and Vicente Fernández and includes six songs like the ballad “Somos nada” written by Mario Domm, “Pa Mis Niñas” where she shared credits with Nathy Peluso, Nicki Nicole and Becky G. Within this EP, Christina also explores the urban genre with “Santo” where he joins his voice to that of the Puerto Rican artist Ozuna.
