Hale plays Jane, a freelance journalist who joins Will, a photographer, at a mutual friend’s wedding. But when a couple steals a coat, they spend the next 24 hours sharing their strangest sexual encounters, first loves and romances, touching, hilarious and tragic. The film is an adaptation of a novel by Julianna Bagotti and Steve Almond.

Hale recently finished filming Hans Kanoza The Historical Life of AJ Fikry, another adaptation of the novel, for BCDF Pictures, where he plays Kunal Niar and Christina Hendricks.
