Joseph Gordon-Levitt HitRecord stops producing educational video offerings and collaborative projects with community members as the company’s top executives and team members join the MasterClass.
HitRecord, an online collaboration site co-founded by Gordon-Levitt with his brother Dan Gordon-Levitt, has launched a subscription-based educational video service called Classroom Projects, which allows viewers to watch. Gordon Levit. MasterClass executives were inspired by the service and are now inviting key members of the HitRecord team to share their experience with an online subscription learning company.
As a result, co-founders Jared Geller and Gordon-Levitt will become creative innovators at MasterClass, while existing members of the HitRecord team will join MasterClass’s content manufacturing, product design, engineering and marketing departments.
As part of the transition, class projects on the site will be discontinued. The above videos will be freely available on the HitRecord website and no content or data from any member of the HitRecord community has been sold on MasterClass. HitRecord no longer executes high-value collaborative projects in television, books, recordings, live shows, brand partnerships and social media campaigns with the HitRecord community, but the company’s traditional products in the film and television entertainment industry, including films. And TV shows like Don Juan, Mr. Cormen s Wolfboy and the Everything Factory – Will continue anyway.
HitRecord’s website and community platform also continue to operate independently of the masterclass.
