Here’s what to do if you’re determined to lose weight and improve your lifestyle – but aren’t ready to drastically change your daily routine or achieve athletic feats.
On average, the human body loses about half a liter of water per night of sleep. And if the room is hot and dry, the losses can be even more serious. Either way, a glass of plain clean water at room temperature is the easiest way to “jump start” the body’s working systems at the start of a new day. Water promotes healthy intestinal motility, is beneficial for the liver and kidneys and, as Russian nutritionist Elena Tikhomirova recalls, is a good prevention of thrombosis. It also fills the stomach, not allowing hunger pangs to overwhelm you early in the morning.
By the way, did you know that the thirst and satiety centers are located in the neighboring brain? And often the voracious appetite actually reflects a lack of fluids.
This does not mean that you have to eat three meals early in the morning: of course, you will not lose weight, even if you consume extremely healthy foods in excess. Compose your breakfast so that it combines products that contribute to the normalization of weight.

Many people who lose weight completely refuse to eat in the morning, assuming that it simply “cuts” calories.
