Instead, it is better to prepare a cup of herbal tea – and eat these healthy foods with an anti-stress effect.

Many are used to battling anxiety and sadness with unplanned snacks. Usually their content is filled with sugar and salt, negatively affects digestion and increases the production of cortisol, the stress hormone.
