Who and why should not jump lymphatic drainage from edema – why is it dangerous for health

Lymphatic jumps are considered one of the best ways to start the morning and put your body in order. However, with certain health characteristics, they are categorically contraindicated, and it is better to look for other exercises for puffiness.

Morning puffiness is an unpleasant symptom that worries many women. Especially with age, the appearance of excess weight or simply on certain days of the cycle.

There are many ways to deal with unpleasant puffiness on the body and face. For example, in addition to patches and a cool shower, it is recommended to do lymphatic drainage jumps immediately after waking up in order to instantly wake up the body, disperse stagnation and speed up the metabolism.

Lymphatic jumps are done on an empty stomach and before you even have time to drink the first glass of water. We’ve talked about this technique in more detail in this material, but we’ll briefly mention its basic principle: do about 80 to 100 quick, small jumps on half-bend legs to “shake” and activate your whole body.

For a large number of women, this exercise has become a real salvation from puffiness. Now they do it almost every day.

And yet, it should be remembered that there are no ideal recipes for beauty and health. While lymphatic drainage skips become a panacea for some, others, by performing them, exacerbate existing health problems.

The main contraindications for jumping from swelling are problems with the knees, as well as high or low blood pressure. It is, in general, and so obvious. But the fact that such jumps should not be performed with problems with the pelvic floor muscles is rarely mentioned.

If you have problems in the female part, it is better to choose other exercises for the puffiness: for example, an elongated “cockroach” or an energy wash – a special set of stroking and rubbing the body, which is entered in modern yoga practices. But even if you do not complain about your pelvic floor muscles, try to monitor their condition during lymphatic jumps. It will be great if you manage to tighten them a little and “collect”. Relaxed right now they shouldn’t be!
