The main contraindications for jumping from swelling are problems with the knees, as well as high or low blood pressure. It is, in general, and so obvious. But the fact that such jumps should not be performed with problems with the pelvic floor muscles is rarely mentioned.

Firstly, having violations of the tone of the pelvic floor, during such jumps you can just … run away. And secondly, the load on the intimate muscles during exercise increases – and therefore the problem is exacerbated.

If you have problems in the female part, it is better to choose other exercises for the puffiness: for example, an elongated “cockroach” or an energy wash – a special set of stroking and rubbing the body, which is entered in modern yoga practices. But even if you do not complain about your pelvic floor muscles, try to monitor their condition during lymphatic jumps. It will be great if you manage to tighten them a little and “collect”. Relaxed right now they shouldn’t be!
