Ryan Condal, producer of House of the Dragon, spoke about what audiences can expect in season 2 of the series
second season of House of the Dragon will be even more like game of Thrones. Second Ryan Condalseries producer HBOfirst episodes helped define the story, but the next ones should follow the same pace as the original production.
“I’m excited to pick up where we left off,” condal stated in an interview with deadline (via Omelet). “We will enter the traditional rhythms of the stories of game of Thrones. We always say that this particular story, George RR Martin agree, it’s like a Greek or Shakespearean tragedy.”
“The series is about a house being destroyed from the inside out. Now that all the pieces have been put on the board, I’m really excited to tell the next chapter, to see what happens after Viserys is gone,” he added.

The second season of the production of HBO based on books by George RR Martin it should arrive later than we thought, according to Cacey BloysCEO of Content at HBO Max. In an interview with Varietythe executive stated that sometime in 2024 “would be a good guess” for the return of House of the Dragon.
