Backed by an important covered career with his eponymous album and the EPs “Paso Néctar” and “Decidiste ser Papel”, Picnic Al Side Del Camino presents a new proposal called “Brand Cake”.
The job is to an EP consisting of four songs (“Brand Cake”, “Volcán”, “Cables” and “La Rabia”). And a fresh sound stands out, which seeks to contribute its place to the Argentinian indie rock scene.
Its characteristic sound and the concept that represents it are directly linked to the moment of transition in which the group finds itself, underlining a certain contrast between their old works and their new staging.
Picnic Al Costado Del Camino is a group from Castelar, in the western area of Buenos Aires, formed in 2016 and composed of Juan Pablo Guilenía (vocals and guitar), Julieta Ferrari (alto saxophone and synthesizers), Camila Vinet (guitar and vocal accompaniment ), Agustín Benech (bass) and Santiago Manzi (drums and backing vocals).
