La Joaqui returns to romantic cumbia with “Cachorro”

La Joaqui just released “Cachorro”a romantic cumbia where the artist shares a story of love and passion with his audience.

With “Amanecemos”, the song created in March, “Cachorro” marks the beginning of a new musical stagemore emotional and romantic, but without abandoning its distinctive urban way of telling stories, as evidenced by phrases such as “we are us”, “kissing your mouth is something to leave again” and “conectamo´ bacano”.

“The process of creating ‘Cachorro’ was completely spontaneous and authentic. The song was born as a form of catharsis that allowed me to express how I felt at that moment,” Joaquina said.

And he added: “Today, I think that this style of songs allows me to reflect very beautiful emotions. Also, i feel very lucky to be able to share my experience and that many people feel identified with my words”.

“Cachorro”, released by Goat Records – La Joaqui’s label – and produced by Big One, is the second song of the year released by the artist as a soloist, where she is encouraged to experiment and explore new sounds and other genres of music Latin music.
