He straightened up. And the beginning is over: Taiko, the Chilean artist and producer, presents “Casti”, his first single. and it does with the collaboration of AK4:20.
With a silky fusion of evocative melodies and a classic reggaeton beat, Taiko presents unique, true-to-form work showcasing his innate ability to create music.
On “Casti” he indulges in bolder, more assertive production, enhanced by powerful drumming that intertwines perfectly with Ak4:20’s powerful verses.
In scenes from the video directed by Ilmato and produced by Error De Moda, Taiko and Ak4:20 are shown surrounded by models as they prepare to hit the runway.
“Eager for you to hear what I’ve been working on and very happy with the first song of my project. We made this song the same day as ‘Malibu’ and it brings a bit of that old reggaeton nostalgia,” Taiko said.
He added, “I was inspired by a lot of songs I heard when I was a kid and Aka understood the track perfectly and ripped it.”
