Sample menus
Every day – 1.5 liters of kefir.
In addition :
- The first day – rice without salt
- The second day – buckwheat
- The third day – cottage cheese
- Fourth day – boiled chicken breast
- On the fifth day – baked or boiled potatoes
- On the sixth day – only water (“unloading” day)
- The seventh day – fruits (for example, green apples)
You can also replenish your menu with a dish “kefir” with buckwheat. Pour a couple of tablespoons of buckwheat into a plate, fill it with kefir and leave it overnight. In the morning, the buckwheat will absorb the liquid and become soft, so you get a kind of porridge that is suitable for any of the meals.
Be careful
Keep in mind that kefir should not be consumed by those who have gastritis with high acidity of gastric juice. Also remember that you should refrain from dieting if you suspect that an unfamiliar diet is causing dehydration.
