Les Randonneuses: the new TF1 series
Presented in world premiere at the Séries Mania festival in Lille, Hikers arrives on TF1 this Monday 15th May.
The plot tells the story of six exceptional women: Sara, Noémie, Patty, Karen, Valérie and Morgan. Despite their differences and divergent life paths, they embark on a daring adventure : an epic hike to conquer the summit of the Dôme de la Lauze, an imposing mountain that culminates at almost 4000 meters.

These awe-inspiring landscapes provide a stunning backdrop, but the challenge ahead is just insane, especially when you find that each one is affected near or far from cancer. Despite the difficult mountain trails, the overwhelming fatigue, the despondency that sometimes comes along, the occasional shouting match, and the dangers inherent in their expedition, these valiant hikers will have a human adventure that will seal their bonds for eternity. .
The cast of this new series of events consists of Alix Poisson, Clémentine Célarié, Camille Chamoux, Joséphine de Meaux, Tiphaine Daviot and Claire Borotra.
An inspiring true story
Created by Sylvie Audcoeur, Anna Fregonese and Fanny Riedberger, Hikers is inspired by a true story.
Thus, in September 2018, the Grenoble association “Des Sommets pour bouncer” which brings together women facing breast cancer, organized the escalation of a summit of more than 4000 meters : Monte Rosa, located on the border between Switzerland and Italy, is the second highest massif in the Alps after Mont Blanc. The idea was that these women could regain confidence in their bodies, and step outside the framework of care to find new energy. Monte Rosa was a symbol, pink was the color of the fight against breast cancer.
This trip was covered by a videographer and a short film was released in 2018:
It was by watching this report on this ascent that Fanny Riedberger got the idea for the series. So, she said at the Series Mania festival presentation (via the RTB extension):
Cancer was quite a forbidding and anxiety-provoking topic for me. There I saw light, smiles, joy, life and lots of humor. It was not only joyful, because the testimonies were hard and tiring, but I understood that it was possible to talk about cancer in this way, with joy and liveliness. These women were beautiful. They exuded joie de vivre and inspired me
