Married since 2009, Bruce Willis and Emma Heming have two daughters: Evelyn Penn Willis and Mabel Ray Willis
Retired from his acting career due to a diagnosis of dementia, Bruce Willis receives full support from the family. Now, the wife of the star, Emma Hemingrevealed how their nine-year-old daughter did “the most loving and compassionate thing.”
In a publication made in Instagram, Heming shared the cute and heartwarming story about her husband and daughter. “So I need to tell this story and I’m going to try to do it without crying,” she said in the video. “Why when Evelyn told me that story, I was an absolute puddle.”
as the wife of Bruce Willis explained, their daughter looked up “fun facts about dementia” during her free time at school. In that study, she discovered how people with dementia “can become severely dehydrated.”
Now, that’s not funny, but it’s kind of funny. And she really is her father’s daughter because these two love some random facts.
“So I said to her, ‘Evelyn, we will always make sure Dad has a bottle of water in his hand. Thanks for letting me know. But that’s the problem. The most loving and compassionate thing you can do is be curious and educate yourself about your father’s illness,'” continued Emma Heming.
