However, in general, their composition does not differ much from standard sugar and depends mainly on the purity of the product: you see, finding high-quality honey without impurities is not an easy task.
Additionally, some substitutes are higher in calories than regular sugar. For example, the calorie content of granulated sugar is 380 kcal per 100 grams, and palm sugar is almost 400 kcal/100 g.
