Dune: second part to close the year well
In a year that already has its fair share of blockbusters and super-productions, Denis Villeneuve’s film Dune: second part looks like a nice icing on an already substantial cake. Expected at the cinema November 3, 2023audiences are eagerly awaiting it and Warner Discovery as well, as the year’s DC productions have so far underperformed at the overall box office. A second trailer has just been unveiled and the show is more than there. A tense montage of images that take the time to expose the issues and the beautiful gallery of characters involved in this great sci-fi drama.

The time has come for confrontation. The different Houses fighting for the famous Spice will put all their strength into it. This new trailer (at the beginning of the article) is then a chance to catch a glimpse of newcomers to the cast. Notably Florence Pugh as Princess Irulan of House Corrino, Christopher Walken as Emperor Shaddam IV Corrino, Austin Butler as Feyd-Rautha… As in the first film Dunesreleased in 2021, photography by Greig Fraser and music by Hans Zimmer should dazzle the eyes and ears.
The main character of the story, Paul Atréides (Timothée Chalamet) takes center stage in this trailer, and he seems to fully assume his status as leader of the Fremen rebellion. Now we just have to wait…
