Sarah Dooley steps down as CEO of “It’s a Sin” Red

StudioCanal announced on Monday that Sarah Dully will step down as chief executive of Red Production Company, its prolific Manchester-based television banner that airs shows such as არს is a sin, years and years, happy field s Strange how people.

Dully leaves Red at the helm less than two years after joining in September 2020 to replace founding CEO Nicolas Schindler. Instead, the executive is focusing on the growth and development of Sow the Seed, an incubator he founded in 2020 that focuses on new talent and underrepresented voices.

StudioCanal says it is now assembling a team to lead Red through this “period of transition” supported by Françoise Gionett, the TV series’ CEO, and its UK CEO Alex Hamilton.

Red will continue to enjoy StudioCanal’s full support, which is why we will continue to bring together hit shows like It’s A Sin, Ridley Road and Years and Years.
