Sandman is an adaptation of the comics created by Neil Gaiman and published by DC Comics.
A never-before-seen teaser The Sandman was revealed by Neil Gaiman during the digital event Netflix Geekedwhich brings together news about the main productions of the streaming platform and takes place this week.
The video shows more of the journey that will await Dream (Tom Sturridge) in the adaptation of the comics DC Comics. Still on the panel, it was revealed that Mark Hamill will dub the Merv Pumpkinhead in The Sandman.
In addition to the scary teaser, the official posters of the protagonists of the film adaptation were also released. The first was courtesy of Gailman.

The first season of the series should adapt the initial plot of the comics, titled “Preludes and Nocturnes” currently. in the plot, Dream (Tom Sturridge), the ruler of the Dreaming, is imprisoned after a ritual that sought to arrest the Death (Kirby Howell-Baptiste), your sister.
The Sandman arrives in the catalog of Netflix on August 5th.
