Warner Bros. Discovery on Thursday confirmed its India, Southeast Asia and Korea (INSEAK) leadership team, led by Clement Schwig, who will serve as president and CEO of the region.

The announcement followed a similar set of commitments released Wednesday for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), chaired by Priya Dogra, president and CEO of those regions. Both Schwebig and Dogra will report to Gerhard Zeiler, President of the International Union for Newly United Entertainment Giant.

“Our region will be structured with a territory-oriented approach to be more flexible and locally relevant,” Schweig said in an internal letter to the team. “At the same time, we will use our scale across the enterprise and region to deliver a deeper experience and greater efficiency. Discovery CEO Jiung Lee has been named general manager in Korea, while HBO Max veteran Arjun Nohwar will lead India as CEO (Mega Tata, who led the Discovery brand in India for years, is leaving the company). As for content, including programming, original production and acquisition, Schwebig reiterated that Warner Bros. Discovery will work across three verticals, with Magdalene EU led by Entertainment; Christopher Sim Leading Children’s Content; And Lynn Ng manages the real-life and lifestyle content, while remaining in her role as head of content operations for the region at large.

In executive roles spanning the entire INSEAK region, Kurt Reeder will continue with theatrical distribution and will also be part of Andrew Cripps’ International Theater Operations; Jay Chang will continue to distribute television and home entertainment; And Vikram Sharma will lead consumer product licensing while continuing to oversee advertising sales in Southeast Asia.

Jason Monteiro will lead INSEAK’s integrated marketing team in addition to his role as coordinator for streaming services. He manages marketing and creative services across all areas of the business, while working closely with the D2C marketing team, said Schwebig.

The group’s vice president of marketing, Athreyan ‘Auto’ Sundararajan, who led WarnerMedia’s corporate legacy of marketing and creative teams, will also leave the company.

Schwebig said he will work closely with INSEAK’s newly appointed management team to complete top priorities over the next 18 months.
