In an interview with varietyRiley Keough returned to this filming ofUnder the Silver Lake. The comedian says she had a lot of fun, even though she didn’t have much to do with this film, as she “disappears.” However, things could have been very different since then Riley Keough almost sent colleague Andrew Garfield straight to the hospital. I was wearing makeup and eating some kind of granola bar. Right after that I had to shoot the scene where I kiss Andrew Garfield. The makeup artist then asked me if there were any peanuts. I replied that maybe, I wasn’t sure (…) Then a producer came and told me that Andrew was extremely allergic to peanuts and that they had to stop filming completely. Normally there should never have been this type of food on the tray.
Riley Keough found herself very annoyed to be the cause of all this, while being relieved that the makeup artist thought about it.
I was like, “Oh shit! This is crazy!”. But luckily as the make-up artist noticed. Because I had no idea of the situation.
