  2. Raise your pelvis a little – and try to feel the tension in the press and pelvic floor muscles
  3. Do circular rotations of the pelvis – first clockwise, then counter-clockwise
  4. Now move your pelvis up and down. Do about 15-20 reps and lower your body to the floor
