How to eat fries and not get fat: an effective technique for a full plate

Let’s be as honest as possible with each other: sometimes you can’t live without chips. To get the most out of your snack, while reducing potential damage and calories, try filling your plate this way.

French fries are so tasty and run out so quickly… But a standard packet of potato snacks contains almost 600 kcal. And an incredible amount of fats and carbohydrates.

Ideally, it’s best not to eat fries at all, as they only benefit us emotionally – and this can be argued, given the existence of food addictions. But, as you know, strict restrictions lead to disruption. That’s why if you’re craving crisps, try using the plate method – and instead of just eating an unwanted snack, dilute it with vegetables, fruits or berries, as well as a source of healthy fats and proteins – a few slices of cheese or hummus.

Clearly see what such a snack plate looks like with the same number of calories per serving. In the second case, you will feel a more important and lasting saturation. And a variety of flavors is always better than one thing, right?
