  2. Eat at least 60 grams of protein per day. Divide this amount evenly between breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  3. Your daily menu should include at least one serving of salad from different vegetables.
  4. Avoid snacking between meals.
  5. Replace your favorite treats and desserts with fruit or Greek yogurt with berries and nuts.
  6. Avoid drinking sodas and fruit juices and stop adding sugar to your tea or coffee.
