Yahoo on Monday named six new members to its board of directors, including The Honest Company founder and actress Jessica Alba and LionTree founder Arie Burkoff.
Other future board members include Fuad Elnagar, CEO of Array and former chief strategy officer at CBS Interactive; Michael Keeves, CEO of K5 Global; Cynthia Marshall, CEO of the Dallas Mavericks; and Katie Stanton, founder and general partner of Moxxie Ventures.
