Marshmello Embraces Latin Music With “Sugar Papi”

Marshmello is released: it’s “Sugar Papi”, his first albuma sincere and dancing tribute to his love for Latin culture and its rhythms.

Yes, the Latin Grammy-nominated hitmaker is traveling across Latin American countries with explosive collaborations that fuse his brand of music with sounds and artists from across the region, from Argentina to Puerto Rico.

The concept of the album became second nature to Marshmello, who as a child visited several Latin countries that have influenced him to this day.

“Sugar Papi” shows off Marshmello’s ability to cross over all of these Latin subgenres and produce 11 themes which features stars such as Young Miko, Nicky Jam, Farruko, Anuel AA, Manuel Turizo, Fuerza Regida, Polimá WestCoast, Tiago PZK, ChocQuibTown, Luisa Sonza, Lil Cake and Braray.

“I have had the pleasure of being able to perform all over the world and for me, nothing has matched the love and energy I have felt from the Latin community. So I knew it was important for me to find a way to bring my audience into that world as much as possible. Thank you to all Latinos for welcoming me and allowing me to be part of such an incredible culture,” said the artist.
