Netflix: new films online (week of 6 to 13 November)
After last week the action-thriller Voleuses by Mélanie Laurent took first place in the Top 10 French films, this new week’s event is the highly anticipated new film by David Fincher: The killer. Adapted from the French comic series “Le Tueur”, by Matz and Luc Jacamon, we then follow “the assassin”, played by Michael Fassbender. The synopsis of him is as follows:
A hitman, solitary and cold, kills his victims methodically, without any scruples or remorse. But one day, however, he will question his entire existence, to gradually begin to develop a conscience and distinguish between good and evil.
Presented on various occasions before its worldwide broadcast on Netflix the November 10th, the lucky ones who were able to discover it were won over. On Rotten Tomatoes, it currently has a Tomatometer at 88% and an audience score of 82%. In addition to Michael Fassbender in the title role, the cast features Tilda Swinton, Arliss Howard, Charles Parnell and Kerry O’Malley.

Another film arriving on the platform, released in French cinemas in 2017, the film by Cédric Klapisch What binds us, with Pio Marmaï, Ana Girardot and François Civil. The film tells the story of Jean (Pio Marmaï), who after leaving his native Burgundy ten years ago to be with his dying father. There he finds his sister Juliette (Ana Girardot) and his brother Jérémie (François Civil). When their father died, they reinvented their brotherhood, maturing at the same time as the wine they produced together. It will be available starting from November 9th.

Netflix: new series (week from 6 to 13 November)
As for the series, you can find the event of the week on Netflix onAt the moment. It is a ten-episode Taiwanese anthology series that tells ten love stories during the pandemic.
