Matthew Perry, the unforgettable Chandler Bing from the Friends series, died on October 28 at the age of 54. A sudden disappearance that shocked millions of fans around the world (including us). Since the announcement of his death, the tributes have poured in, some with their share of anecdotes about the man who played Joey’s roommate.

Recently, she is an actress who appeared in the fifth season of Friends which revealed a very interesting anecdote about Matthew Perry. In fact, Lisa Cash testified in the columns of TMZ to explain that she was originally supposed to play a woman with whom Chandler cheats on Monica during their stay in Las Vegas. Remember, Chandler was shocked to learn that Monica had had lunch with her ex-boyfriend Richard without telling him.
In the original script, Chandler went up to his hotel room alone, ordered room service, and cheated on Monica with the hotel employee who brought him the meal. Lisa Cash then stated that she rehearsed this scene with Matthew Perry before filming it in front of the audience, as was tradition Friends.
However, before filming, Matthew Perry reportedly asked the writers to remove this scene because he was afraid that viewers would never forgive Chandler for cheating on Monica. This scene would in fact have totally changed Chandler’s image, as well as the progress of his love story with Monica.
Although the scene was cut, Lisa Cash still appeared in a scene in the fifth season of Friends. She plays a flight attendant during the episode where Rachel and Ross join the rest of the gang in Las Vegas and fight on the plane.
