Not leaving the public in doubt is one of the brothers’ goals duffer – creators of Stranger Things – during the final stretch of the series, which ends in Season 5: “They said, ‘You know what? It’s a good time for answers. Explain what’s going on.’ The episodes reshape everything we know about the supernatural villains of Hawkins. It’s certainly a starting point for what’s to come,” he explained to The Hollywood Reporter.

“There’s no way we can deliver our loyal and passionate fans an unsatisfying ending to the last episode,” he continued. “We [Shawn e os Duffer] We do projects for the public. We are not telling stories to ourselves. We count to achieve popular appeal. In the world there are many series that end poorly.”

Since the first season, the series about the children/teens of Hawkins is surrounded by mysteries – such as the origin of monsters and explanation about the powers of Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown). None of these questions will go unanswered, according to Levi.

Vecna was inspired by the Night King from Game of Thrones

The villain vecnain Stranger Thingswas strongly influenced by the King of the Night in game of Thrones (2011), according to Barrie Gower, a prosthetic makeup designer who led the teams responsible for the looks of the two characters.

Gower spoke to CinemaBlend about your work on the series Netflix: “The Duffer brothers saw our work in game of Thronesand really loved the King of the Night. They had also loved what we did in the series Chernobyl (2019), with radiation burns. I think they wanted a combination of the two.”

Barrie Gower and the prosthetics team at the makeup effects company BGFX created the look of vecna with effects that involved more than 20 parts that were applied to the actor Jamie Campbell Bower. Assembling the costume took between six and nine hours.

At the same time, it is only natural that many of the artists on our team who worked directly on Game of Thrones also worked on Vecna. Therefore, there are similar traits and styles between the two, from drawing to sculpture and painting.
