Cherries are the perfect summer dessert. Moreover, from the point of view of nutrition, cherries win in many respects, even in comparison with other berries and fruits.

First, cherries contain a lot of fiber and water. At the same time, cherries have a rather low sugar content. Thus, it contains less carbohydrates than apples, pineapples and raspberries.

Experts are sure: all this allows us to consider cherries as an effective product for accelerating metabolism.

In the era of the popularity of mono-diets, many weight losers even organized fasting days in which they ate only this berry. And the stars called one of their secrets of harmony precisely a special love for cherries.

Of course, today almost no one loses weight on mono-diets – after all, they are less effective than the principles of proper nutrition. However, the cherry is still not forgotten.
