The first three stages of the Marvel Cinematic Universe are collectively known as the Infinity Saga, with Thanos and his quest for the Infinity Stones serving as the common thread between Marvel’s films. Fortunately, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has revealed that we’ll soon find out more about what’s happening on that front.

As we get closer to the end of Phase 4, I think people will start to see where the next saga is headed. I think there have already been many clues, at least obvious to me, as to where the whole saga is headed. But we’re going to be a little more direct on this in the next few months, to define a project, so that audiences who want to see the bigger picture can see a little, a little, a little more of the roadmap.
Certainly there is no shortage of connecting threads to trace that were established in phase four. The most important of these is undoubtedly the MCU’s multiverse, which Loki cleared the way and was followed Spider-Man: No homecoming Yes Doctor Strange in the multiverse of madness. On a similar note, Loki also featured Jonathan Majors’ He Who Remains, a variant of Kang the Conqueror, and we’ll be meeting with Principal Kang next February Ant-Man and the Vespa: Quantumania. We also have things like the mystery surrounding the Ten Rings that Shang-Chi’s father bequeathed to her before he died, Julia Louis-Dreyfus’s Valentina Allegra de Fontaine putting together a team of special people (likely to come true in the Ray film) and even more “gods” introduced into the MCU thanks to Moon Knight e Thor: love and thunder.
Basically, there are many different general plot threads to follow in the MCU right now, but it’s hard to say which will be the main hook in this saga that Kevin Feige is teasing. While the multiverse might seem like the most logical conclusion to some, the big is possible secret wars-like an event that is said to be further ahead than it should be, and the sequel to Infinity Saga is actually focused on something else. According to Kevin Feige, we’ll get a better indication of what’s hiding in this narrative path relatively soon, although often with this franchise the answers often lead to more questions.
As for the rest of this year’s MCU production, beyond the arrival of Thor: love and thunder Yes Mrs. Wonder end, Black Panther: Wakanda forever will be released in theaters in November and on Disney +, She-Hulk: lawyer premieres in August, followed by the untitled MCU Halloween special (reportedly in Werewolf by Night) in October, and Guardians of the Galaxy Christmas Special in December. This is not to say that all of these projects will be part of this new saga, but the clues are definitely worth keeping an eye on.
