Actor Cal Penn hosts a weekly climate change show for Bloomberg’s Quicktake streaming service, part of the new Bloomberg Green show.
Wow, Heating with Cal PenIt will focus on the intersection of climate, clean energy and business and will debut in October 2022. Penny will travel the country exploring businesses, initiatives, researchers and communities that are moving towards clean energy and adapting to the realities of a new climate.
“We will explore critical climate issues and connect the public with a better understanding of how policymakers, consumers and businesses can address this issue,” Penn said.
The program will also feature a report from Bloomberg Green’s team of climate journalists, and the company plans to expand its coverage to include new focuses in areas such as ESG investing, electric cars, new forms of energy and “green living”.
Other Bloomberg Green programming includes a new podcast, ᲜულPresented by Bloomberg Green Senior Reporter Akshat Rathi and the first ever Bloomberg Green Docs Contest, the finalists and winner will be screened in Los Angeles in October.
