Sadly, we will never know what that experience is like and we may never know what Chris Evans would have thought of the offer, because it was Stan himself who led the way and said he would not forward this offer. In his words:
I was like, ‘I’m not going to call him, okay? I can’t ask you to do that. But anyway, we didn’t even know if this scene would work, period. But again, word by word, line by line, here’s what was written.

amateurs don’t expect to see Lily James repeat other famous characters in the future, such has been his experience in Pam and Tommy, and we will probably never see Sebastian Stan as Tommy Lee again for a sequel. But hopefully one day we will be able to see him again as Bucky Barnes alongside Anthony Mackie’s new Captain America on the big screen.
