Gucci’s latest collection is designed for luxury cats and dogs

Cute furballs can now also be turned into Gucci. The Italian luxury house has launched the first Gucci Pet collection of clothing, accessories and homeware for fashionistas for four people.

Dogs, cats and other animals can wear leather collars, harnesses and jackets ($230 to $600) with GG canvas, fabric straps, interwoven G logo prints, herbarium patterns and other Gucci-exclusive design features. There are leather Air Tag bags and garbage bag holders ($220 to $460) to match the washing machines, while homemade items ($565 to $7,500) include miniature sofas, solid boxes on one side with Removable ceramic bowls, shades of copper cup holders, food mats and matching passenger stand.

Pets can be matched with their parents in polos, t-shirts, knits and jackets ($250 to $850) with fun strawberry and heart prints, classic monogram patterns and more. The luxury brand also includes eco-friendly touches like recycled polyester and cotton, and its own animal-free, renewable Demetra material made from organic sources.

German-Nabimiman artist and designer Max Siedentoff shot a dreamy campaign featuring portraits of dogs and cats. The launch was followed by Gucci’s long-awaited partnership with Adidas, which hosted stellar launch parties around the world.
