Disney + today released the official trailer and teaser art of Hocus Pocus 2the most anticipated original Disney + movie put together Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker At Kathy Najimy. The live action sequel to the popular Halloween classic, which will see the return of the hilarious evil Sanderson sisters for a storm of comedy, will debut at Disney + on September 30th.
29 years have passed since someone lit a Black Flame Candle and revived the sisters in the 17th century, seeking revenge. Now it’s up to three high school students to prevent the ravenous witches from making havoc in Salem before dawn on All Saints ’Eve. Hocus Pocus 2 also starring Sam Richardson (The War of Tomorrow), Doug Jones (The Shape of Water – The Shape of Water), Hannah Waddingham (Ted Lasso), Whitney Peak (Women gossip), Belissa Escobedo (American Horror Stories), Lilia Buckingham (Its dirty), Froyan Gutierrez (Teen Wolf) and Tony Hale (Veep – Incompetent Vice President). The film is directed by Anne Fletcher (I want a life like mine, Blackmail of love) and produced by Lynn Harris (A winning family – King Richard, Paradise Beach – Inside the nightmare), with Ralph Winter (Hocus Pocusthe franchise of X-Men), David Kirschner (Hocus Pocus, The killer doll) and Adam Shankman (Disenchanted, Hairspray – Good fat) as executive producers.
