Euphoria it needs to have a third season, but…
Launched in 2019, Euphoria became rapidly one of the most popular series among HBO audiences. Driven by great performances from its lead actors, the series tackles several of them important topics among young people focusing on Rue (Zendaya), a high school student who becomes close to a trans student, Jules (Hunter Schafer), after spending a stay in a detox center.
After the success of the first two seasons, a third chapter ofEuphoria was ordered by HBO. Last year, the writers’ strike caused filming of these new episodes to be postponed. A few days ago, however, Sydney Sweeney revealed that filming would begin shortly. But today, the future of the series is in question.
Filming was postponed due to disagreements over the plot
Recently, HBO officially filming postponed from season 3 ofEuphoria. And, in an article dedicated to this third season, Variety now reports rather chaotic production new episodes of the series. The American media explains that they simply could never be turned.
Among HBO decision makers, no one can guarantee that filming will resume. Guilt with very different visions of what the rest of the storyEuphoria it must be. The creator of the series, Sam Levinson, has thrown around several ideas, which were not approved in turn from Zendaya, the star of the show, and the decision makers at HBO.
