Totally Spies! Live action coming soon
Young people in the 2000s had the chance to watch quality cartoons thanks to TF1. Among these there was obviously Totally Spies! (since 2001), a French production featuring three high school friends who actually turn out to be professional spies. Sam, Clover and Alex so he tries to lead a classic teenage life, but every time he has to carry out the expected missions their employer Jerry. Totally Spies! it is a cult series carried on by funny characters with a totally predictable humor that does not prevent a certain amount of action. Above all, it was a fairly unique series at the time of launch, given that, for once, the protagonists were only women, which caused some difficulties for the creators in selling the program.
The show, however, had great success in France, but also abroad, particularly in the United States. This allowed the cartoon to develop further with derivative works such as Totally Spies! the film (2009), books or video games. A live action series will soon be added to this. This is what was announced Variety. According to American media, this series Totally Spies! would be in development by Amazon, with Will Ferrell attached to the project. The latter should act as executive producer. Very little has been revealed about this upcoming program. But believe Varietywe should find the three friends at university (like from the fifth season).
