Sex Education: Ola Won’t Return for Season 4, Confirms Patricia Allison

Patricia Allison participated in the first three seasons of Sex Education as Ola, Otis and Lily’s love interest.

Another loss for the cast of sex education (2019). The actress Patricia Allisoninterpreter of Hello in the series, confirmed that he will not return for the fourth season of the production of Netflix. Allison participated in the previous three seasons, gaining more prominence in the second, when Hello dated Otis (Asa Butterfield).

“I know, I absolutely love being in sex education and interpret Hellobut unfortunately I won’t be joining the team for season four,” he said in an interview with Capital Xtra (via HuffPost). According to the actress, she will focus on new projects from now on.

“I’m sorry to have to say this to you, but I’m going to do other little things, other opportunities are coming. I did this for three years and I loved it. I love the show, but you have to say goodbye sometimes, which is sad. But other things will come.”

Allison is not the only character to leave the cast of sex educationthis year. In April, Simone Ashley revealed that he will not do more seasons of the series, mainly because of the prominence he gained in bridgerton (2020), when interpreting Kateromantic interest of Anthony (Jonathan Bailey).

In an interview with This Morning, Ashley stated: “No. They ask this all the time. No, I’m a girl from bridgerton now.” As the role of the actress in sex education did not have much prominence, it was to be expected that she would prioritize bridgertonmainly for being one of the protagonists of the second season.
