You definitely shouldn’t do this with sunstroke, but almost everyone does.

For the second week in the central region of Russia there is a strong heat. In such weather conditions, the risk of sunstroke on the way to work or while walking increases significantly. If overheating occurs, it is important to act quickly and avoid key errors.

You definitely shouldn’t do this with sunstroke, but almost everyone does.

You went out in the street without a hat or cap in unbearable heat and you quickly felt bad? Most likely, you received sunstroke, which caused an inflammatory process in the body. Stroke can be identified by key symptoms.

Here they are:

  • A sharp increase in body temperature up to 40 degrees;
  • scanty perspiration;
  • Reddened and hot skin;
  • There were dizziness and nausea;
  • seizures;
  • To throw up;
  • increased heart rate;
  • orientation disorder;
  • Loss of consciousness.

In case of sunstroke, it is important for a person to quickly provide first aid. Many mistakenly try to immediately cool the victim as much as possible: put it under the air conditioner or immerse it in a cold bath. However, this is absolutely impossible to do, since it can only worsen the general condition.

First of all, after sunstroke, a person should hide in the shade of trees or under a canopy. It is important to reduce body temperature gradually and not abruptly. It is best for the victim to go home as soon as possible and remove their tight clothing. For a while you need to forget about physical activity – until you feel better, you need to observe bed rest and drink more water.

A month before the onset of cancer, the body will give you these 5 signs – don’t miss them!

The body can be periodically wiped down with towels soaked in cool (but not ice cold!) water. Isotonic sports drinks do a good job of restoring the body after sunstroke: they saturate the electrolytes we lose due to heavy sweating.

If over time it does not improve, and the symptoms in the form of dizziness and nausea only intensify, you should immediately consult a doctor. You cannot hesitate here, because in severe cases, sunstroke can lead to damage to internal organs and systems, which can even be fatal.
