Happy. That’s how they are. Jowell & Randy for the premiere of “Viva La Musik”, their new album. And it features collaborations from Cultura Profética, Dei V, Álvaro Díaz, Zion & Lennox, De La Ghetto, Jay One & DJ Adoni, Maluma, Wisin & Yandel and Nicky Jam.
“Viva La Musik” includes 15 songs and represents a legacy of 24 years of experience, in which the legendary urban duo navigates different rhythms and manages to stand out with authentic lyrics.
In this work, the discographic production stands out for a powerful narrative and a high-level sound journey that presents it as a significant contribution to the urban panorama.
The album It was recorded between Puerto Rico, Orlando, Miami, Medellin and Los Angeles. over the past seven years. The story of this album dates back to January 2017, when the name “Viva La Musik” emerged as a concept.
Engaged in deep musical exploration, they took their time and, in a hiatus due to the pandemic, Jowell & Randy decided to release “Viva El Perreo”. Even though the world was in lockdown, the duo recognized that their audience was demanding “perreo” and managed to mark a milestone with an album that returned them to the legends that they are.
