A spectacular first teaser for Brad Pitt’s $300 million film “F1”

F1 : the long-awaited Brad Pitt film

After putting Tom Cruise in the cockpit of fighter planes Top Gun nonconformistJoseph Kosinski has agreed to exhibit Brad Pitt at the wheel of a Formula 1. At the initiative of the actor, the film, title F1 (previously Apex), will see a veteran driver return to a single-seater to help his friend (Javier Bardem), owner of the APXGP team. A team that plays at the back of the grid and hopes to use its experience, and a young prodigy (Damson Idris), to finally score some points.

To realize this project, the production (composed in particular by Jerry Bruckheimer and Lewis Hamilton) intends to focus on realism. The aim is to offer a real immersion in the world of Formula 1, while offering a great show. The film crews were thus able to participate in several Grand Prix footage filmed in the real paddockFans of this sport were also able to see the two APXGP single-seaters line up on the starting grid of the British Grand Prix.
