We were shooting a scene with Aziz and Seth and we were in a pool of cold water. It was a nice moment, I was there, and when we finished the scene… You see when we’re cold and we stamp our feet on the spot? (…) I was scrubbing and stamping in this room that had protective mats and, right there, there was like a little pocket and my foot got stuck in it. I stumbled, but my knee didn’t follow. And like in slow motion I fell, with my arms in front of me but my knee couldn’t follow, it was already fragile and it hit the ground. And my kneecap broke like a potato chip.

Well recovered, Keanu Reeves enjoys himself and concludes: “Comedy is tough!Forced to use crutches for a certain period, the actor nevertheless insisted on playing his role and respecting the shooting schedule, thus filming his scenes with his injury.
