On a night when the cold was on the sidelines, Elian Ángel Valenzuela (L-Ghent for everyone) has released his own music again. And it is “Celda 4”, their long-awaited first album.
With a corridor that imitated the pavilion where L-Gante spent almost 100 days in detention last year, the event received a group of guests with the sound of people screaming that Elian himself captured with his recorder while he was at the DDI in Quilmes.
“Celda 4 is a very personal project that reflects my experience unjustly locked up and at the same time my vision of the neighborhood and the world,” explained the singer about his new work composed of 13 songswithout collaborations.
Although it has familiar sounds such as RKT, cumbia 420 and reggaeton, L-Gante sought in this work to venture into a new genre: hip-hop.
