One of the greatest friendships in rap, 50 Cent and Eminem met in a somewhat unusual way – so much so that 50 Cent thought he was the target of a prank.
In participation in the Million Dollaz Worth of Gamethe rapper with hits like “In da Club,” “Many Men (Wish Death)” and “Candy Shop” recalled the first interaction with Eminem. “It was wild. Remember that show they did, Punk’d? I thought they had cameras and were going to come out and say, ‘You got punk’d,'” he said in the conversation with Waldo and Gillie Da Kid.
“He took me to Los Angeles, I left. I was so upset by the experience that I arrived at the airport with the vest on [à prova de balas] and all that s***,” he continued. “I got there and he said, ‘Hey,’ and then he hugged me.”
It was so good it couldn’t be right.
