Just over a year after winning the Oscar 2023 of Best Supporting Actress for the work in Everything Everywhere at Once (2022), Jamie Lee Curtis it won Emmy 2024 of Best Guest Actress in a Comedy Series for the second season of The Bear. After receiving the award, the 65-year-old artist commented on how “humbled” she was by the triumph.
At a press conference at the awards ceremony, the most important in television Hollywood, Curtis celebrated this new milestone in her career. “I’m the luckiest girl in the world. I’ve been an actor since I was 19. I’m 65,” she said (via Gold Derby).

“I sing and I’ve never been on stage. I’ve never done a play and I don’t stay up that late,” he joked. Jamie Lee Curtis. “I’m just not sure if I’d do as well in theater since you go to bed so late. But you know what, I never thought any of this would be possible in my life. And then the fact that this is happening is… I’m a total late bloomer.”
