After a promising debut with the song “Four seasons”, Videotape releases “Steps in the Room”, a new single and a new trailer which confirm the expectations aroused by these musicians.
The new song was composed by Videotape and produced by Martín López De Vita, with contributions from Guille Salort (Knowing Russia) on drums.
“Walks around the room” sounds that evoke 80s Argentinian synth-popwith lyrics that seek to portray the helplessness and paranoia of grief.
And the duo of artists from Rosario adds: “‘Pasos en la Sala’ is a song that reflects our way of transmitting joy, always loaded with a very strong melancholic theme. From the lyrics to some melodic issues, It’s a happy song that invites you to dance. We brought back sounds from the 80s, which is an era that we love, so there was a melancholic and danceable pop that we really liked.”
