Cameron Diaz talks about stopping (and starting) her career

His priority was elsewhere : She wanted to focus on herself and the aspects of her life that were important to her, especially her family.
Cameron Diaz insisted that no proposal could distract her from this desire to take care of herself. “No opinion, no success, no offer, nothing could have changed my decision to take care of myself and build the life I truly wanted. » For her it was just about following her passion and building a home. She started a family with her husband, musician Benji Madden, with whom she had two children.
A return to screens scheduled for 2025
After more than a decade away from the spotlight, Cameron Diaz is preparing to return to the spotlight. He’ll come back inside Back in action, an action comedy produced by Netflixtogether with Jamie Foxx. Scheduled for release on January 17, 2025, the film will feature two former CIA agents forced to return to duty after their secret identities are revealed. The project, directed by director Seth Gordon, also stars Kyle Chandler, Andrew Scott and Glenn Close.
This return doesn’t stop with this film. Cameron Diaz will also participate in a new chapter of the franchise Shrekwhere she will reprise her iconic role as Princess Fiona.
