Known for playing Jim Hopper in all seasons Stranger Thingsone of the most famous series in Netflix, David Harbor gave his opinion on what would be the best episode of the production, created by the brothers Matt and Ross Duffer.

Participating in the podcast Happy Sad Confusedthe 49-year-old artist revealed how he was very impacted by the final episode of the fifth and final season of the series, which should premiere sometime in 2025 on streaming.

“Look, I’m very close to the show, so I have very strong opinions. And they may not match yours if you’re a fan of the show,” he stated (via People). “I’m an actor on the show. So I see the nuts and bolts.

Right away, Harbor revealed how “sometimes I get really angry” about what he thinks is “a bad episode” or a season that “I didn’t like.” In other words, the actor explained how “I can be very critical of this series.”

So, the artist opined how the eighth chapter of the fifth season, which still doesn’t have a release date, is the best ever made: “They got it right, and it’s the best episode they’ve ever made. The end of this episode, when we were reading — just us reading — about halfway through, people started crying.”

Then for the last 20 minutes it was just uncontrollable crying, waves of different people. Noah Schnapp It’s my favorite. I think part of it is also the fact that these kids, it was their childhood.

“Like, they started the show when they were 11 and 12, and here we are reading [o final],” continued David Harbor. “It’s been 10 years, and we’ve looked at this idea, and it’s so well done and so beautiful. It’s such a good episode, and it’s such a good season. You’re going to love it.”
