Maya Hawke Explained How She Likes The Character But Doesn’t Want To Resurrect Him For Season 5

One of the main names of Stranger Things, Maya Hawke commented on the death of Eddie Munson (Joseph Quinn), a character introduced in the fourth season of the series, in the series of Netflix and the possibility of a return of the leading rocker of Hellfire Club of RPG.

It is worth remembering how the character, a member only of the fourth year of the series created by the brothers duffer, became a fan favorite, but was chosen to die by the writers alongside other characters. Because of this, several fans expressed a desire to see him resurrected – and even had a petition with tens of thousands of signatures, according to information from the NME.

“I totally empathize with fans who want to see more of Eddie,” said Maya Hawke to the site, but with reservations. “I feel like we can’t keep killing people and bringing them back to life – the same fans would be so pissed off! But I would love for them to find a way to have the ghost of Eddie in the mix, just because Joe Quinn he’s an amazing guy.”

“He’s a lot of fun to have on set and he’s a great actor,” the actress continued in the conversation. “However, she admitted that going back to filming without Quinn for the final season it would be like ‘losing a strange limb.'”
